Started in Ipoh, Shaped by Real Business Problems
Bestari grew out of a simple observation: small businesses in Perak were hearing a lot about artificial intelligence — from news articles, from competitors, from their children — but very few had someone they could sit down with and ask honest questions.
We began by spending time with Ipoh business owners: kopitiam operators, small logistics firms, independent retailers, neighbourhood clinics. We listened to what actually took up their evenings and their weekends. The patterns were familiar — repetitive data entry, answering the same customer enquiries, chasing paperwork. These were problems where, in the right circumstances, a simple AI tool could quietly help.
That became our focus. Not a software product, not a transformation programme — just calm, considered guidance for owners who want to understand their options before they decide anything.

Independent Recommendations
We have no commercial relationship with any software vendor. When we suggest a tool, the reason is that it suits your situation — not that it pays us a commission or a referral fee.
Training That Fits Real Schedules
We schedule sessions around your team, not a standard curriculum. If Tuesday afternoons are the only practical slot, we use Tuesday afternoons. Reference materials are designed to be re-read, not memorised.
Flexible Arrangements
Any arrangement can be paused or concluded when that is the right decision for your business. We do not use lengthy contracts to prevent this. The relationship should be worth continuing, not compelled.
