My business is small. Is AI really relevant for us?
Quite often, yes — though the answer depends entirely on your situation. Small businesses frequently carry repetitive tasks that take real time each week, and there are now simple tools that handle some of those tasks well. The purpose of our first session is to look honestly at whether any of those tools would fit your routine without creating new complications.
I do not have a technical background. Will I understand what you suggest?
That is precisely who we work with. We avoid technical language in our sessions and provide plain written summaries you can re-read in your own time. If a suggestion cannot be explained in ordinary words, we reconsider whether it is the right suggestion.
What does the first consultation actually involve?
We spend roughly ninety minutes together, either in person in Ipoh or via a video call. We ask about a typical working day — what takes the most time, what feels repetitive, what your team finds tedious. Based on that conversation, we share a few honest observations and a short written summary. There is no sales element to the session.
How long does the Guided Implementation take?
Roughly a month, though this varies. We schedule sessions around your team's availability and move at a pace that keeps everyone comfortable. We do not try to compress this into a weekend — real adoption takes a bit of time, and that is fine.
Can I pause the Long-Term Companion Plan if something comes up?
Yes. The scope and schedule are agreed together, and the freedom to pause or finish is part of the arrangement. Business conditions change — a good advisory relationship should be able to accommodate that without friction.
What are the fees, and how are they charged?
The Groundwork Consultation is RM 575, the Guided Implementation is RM 1,320, and the Long-Term Companion Plan is RM 2,240. Payment details are discussed and agreed before any work begins. We are transparent about what is included in each arrangement.
Is the information I share kept confidential?
Everything discussed in our sessions is treated as confidential. We do not share details of your business with any third party. Our Privacy Policy outlines exactly how any information you provide is handled.
