- RM 1,320 — Guided Implementation
- RM 2,240 — Long-Term Companion Plan (monthly)
Invoicing and payment
An invoice will be issued before or at the start of each engagement or billing period. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of engagement.
Late payment
Invoices unpaid after 30 days may result in a pause of services until the outstanding amount is settled. We will communicate with you before taking this step.
Cancellation and refunds
For the Groundwork Consultation, full cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled session incurs no charge. Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the fee. For other services, the terms of any refund or cancellation will be set out in the engagement agreement.
7. Consulting Service Terms
Scope and changes
The scope of each engagement is confirmed in a brief written agreement before work begins. If you wish to extend or change the scope, please let us know and we will agree revised terms in writing before proceeding.
Timelines
Estimated timelines are given in good faith but are not contractually binding. Delays arising from factors outside our control, or from limited availability on your side, will be managed by mutual agreement.
Confidentiality
We treat all information you share with us as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your permission. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Independent advice
Our guidance relates to the practical use of AI tools for small-business productivity. It is not legal, financial, medical, or regulated professional advice. Where such advice is relevant, we will say so and encourage you to consult the appropriate professional.
8. Disclaimers
This Website and our Services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we work carefully and in good faith, we make no representation that:
- Any particular AI tool or approach will produce specific business outcomes for you.
- Information on this Website is always current, complete, or error-free.
- Third-party tools or platforms we recommend will perform without interruption or change their terms.
Results from AI integration vary depending on the nature of your business, the quality of your data, and how consistently tools are used. We will be clear about realistic expectations throughout any engagement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bestari's total liability to you arising from or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific engagement in the preceding 3 months.
We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, whether arising from contract, negligence, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bestari and its team members harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or any false or misleading information you provide to us.
11. Termination
Either party may end an engagement by giving 14 days' written notice. For the Long-Term Companion Plan, either party may pause or end the arrangement at the close of any monthly period with 14 days' notice, with no penalty.
We may end an engagement immediately if you breach these Terms in a material way and the breach is not remedied within 7 days of us notifying you. In such cases, fees for work already completed remain due.
Obligations of confidentiality and the Intellectual Property clause survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Please write to us at legal@{{DOMAIN}} outlining your concern and we will respond within 14 days with a proposal for resolution.
